Troubleshooting: v2rayN is Not Connecting

Check System Time Synchronization
Over 90% of non-connection issues on VMess arise due to incorrect computer local time. Sync Windows time in Settings -> Time & Language -> Sync now.
If the local time is offset by more than 90 seconds, connection requests are discarded by the proxy server.
Test Connection (Delay / Ping)
Press 'Ctrl+T' in v2rayN to test the real connection delay of all servers. If it shows -1ms, the server node itself is offline or blocked.
